Andrika R. Moss

Andrika is a creative movement artist, writer, speaker and young entrepreneur with a love for the Father’s heart, supernatural arts and set a part leadership. In 2001, she began her movement arts journey at the age of 7 in the children’s dance ministry at Christian Life Church, under the direction of Melanie Wilkinson. In 2001, she  joined the Caribbean Christian Dance Network under the direction of Apostle Henry and Dr. Ann Higgins where she trained for 5 years. In 2006, Andrika began her technical training in ballet, modern and jazz at Revere Ensemble School of Dance, directed by Mrs. Karen Miller. In 2007, she joined the Movements of Heaven Dance Ministry at Bahamas Faith Ministries International (BFMI) under the direction of Min. Dandria Scott. Overtime, she has participated at BFMI’s ASAPH worship conferences where she continued to develop in arts ministry. She also had the opportunity to sit under the teachings of Dr. Myles Munroe where she developed a passion for leadership and fulfilling purpose.

Andrika has earned her B.A. in Business Management and Administration at the University of the Bahamas in 2017. She has obtained the bulk of her technical dance training through the American Academy of Ballet (AAB) dance syllabus and the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus. Andrika has also obtained a completion certificate in dance ministry at The Eagles Network (TEN) Worldwide. She has trained under the direction of local Bahamian dance instructors such as the late Paul Whylly, the late Ednal Wright, Robert Bain and Roderick Johnson. She also received an opportunity to train and travel with the Bahamas National Youth Choir under the direction of Mr. Cleophas R.E. Adderley, as a guest dancer for their 23rd Annual Concert Season to Atlanta Georgia on tour.

Andrika has trained at various workshops and summer intensives such as Philly Dance Connection Workshop (2011) Dance Bahamas intensive workshop training (2012), Dance Theatre of Harlem Dance Workshop (2012), Imaginare Performing Arts Ministry at ASAPH (2014), Alvin Ailey Dance Workshop (2016).

Overtime, her desire to encounter Jesus more intimately and deeply has propelled her to gracefully step out of the mold of performance. She is adamant about living a life free of compromise for the glory and honor of Jesus Christ alone. Her once love for the performing arts has shifted to a passion for the prophetic arts, where the heart of Heavenly Father is revealed through creative arts. She began developing a unique movement style that requires more fluidity in movement, total engagement of the body, and a heart set on love and adventures with Holy Spirit. She enjoys exploring and creating new movement techniques and choreographies in God’s presence that distinctly reveal His heart and bring glory to His name. She is also a movement choreographer and movement theatre playwright who has written and hosted Royalty Dance Company’s first dance drama/production entitled “Spring Forth” in 2016. She has also choreographed movement pieces for other dance teams and schools in the Bahamas. She believes in creating and teaching choreography that takes the audience on a journey to encountering God’s love.

Andrika’s passion is to see the arts and culture on earth transformed into the arts and culture in Heaven. She desires to see the heart and will of Jesus revealed through arts and culture, in the power and excellence of Holy Spirit.  Her objective is to train students to reach their fullest potential, without compromise, in living and creating in the supernatural, while communicating the atmosphere of heaven on earth through lifestyle, identity, arts and set apart leadership. She has had the opportunity to humbly impart her knowledge in movement arts ministry and biblical teaching thus far to individuals in the Bahamas, through speaking and teaching at various churches, conferences, schools and intensives over the years.

She currently serves as a member of Bahamas Faith Ministries International under the leadership of Pastors Dave and Angela Burrows.
